Penny Raby, director of Marriage Makeover , is a senior solicitor with over 25 years’ experience in divorce and family law and has been a spokesperson for several family law bodies. It is important to note that Penny does not act in a solicitor capacity with Marriage Makeover.

Her law practice has been running for 12 years and is based in Pershore, Worcestershire. During that time, she has handled hundreds of cases with less than half a dozen being decided by a judge after a trial. All of the rest have been settled by agreement. She is a trained mediator.

Penny is married to Mike (happily!) and they have two independent children. She relaxes by mucking out two spoilt horses, while Mike is a fanatical golfer and also Treasurer of Pershore Abbey.
